Participants wishing to take part in the Oval’s on-line fitness and training programs and/or classes do so at their own risk. Participants should only participate in programs and exercises they feel they can safely do. If at any time during the program the Participant feels she or he can no longer safely participate in the program they should immediate cease participating. The Oval hereby waives any liability it may have relating to any and all injuries that may be sustained by a Participant.
